Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 5 pieces cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1/2 cup unsalted chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut broccoli at stems and place in bowl.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients.
3. Let sit for 3 hours.
