Ingredients
- 8 oz. chicken breast, boneless/skinless
- 1/4 cup guacamole dip
- 1/4 cup monterey jack cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 nonfat sour cream
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
Preparation
Step 1
1. Grill chicken breasts and cut into strips
2. Warm tortillas and place in tortilla warmer until ready to serve
3. Fill tortillas with chicken strips, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole
