Pumpkin Bars

2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 can of pumpkin (16 oz. size) NOT pumpkin pie mix
1 1/2 cup sugar

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 can of pumpkin (16 oz. size) NOT pumpkin pie mix
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and salt and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, pumpkin, sugar and oil. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread batter into and un-greased cookie sheet with edges (15x10x1 inch size). Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely and frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting. For a thicker cake, use a 13x9 inch cake pan, you may need to adjust the cooking time.
