Crab Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 T chopped green onion
  • 1 14 oz can crabmeat, drained, membrane removed
  • 1/4 C finely chopped wlnuts
  • 2 T chopped fresh parsley, or 2 tsp dried

Preparation

Step 1

Mash cheese with bork in bowl. Add pepper sauce, salt, pepper and onion. Mash well.

Add crab, mash. Chill for 30 minutes or more before shoping into a ball.

Mix walnuts and parsley on large plate. Roll ball in mixture. Cover and chill.
