Ingredients
- 3 C sugar
- 2 C water
- 1 C lemon peel strips (about 6)
- 3 C lemon juice (about 14)
- 1 litre bottle club soda, chilled
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, heat sugar and water over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring frequently. Stir in lemon strips. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Stir in lemon juice; cover and refridgerate until chilled. Discard lemon strips. Pour into pitcher; gradually stir in club soda.
