Ingredients
- 5 Medium Sweet Potatoes
- 3 Tbs. Flour
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 2 Tbs. Butter
- 8 Marshmallows
- 1 Cup Thin Cream
Preparation
Step 1
Cook sweet potatoes until tender. Peel potatoes when slightly cooled. Cut in halves lengthwise and arrange in greased casserole dish. Combine flour, sugar and salt and sprinkle evenly over potatoes. Dot with butter and marshmallows. Pour cream over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
