Raspberry Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 10 oz thawed raspberries, drained (Save juice)
  • 3 oz raspberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 nd layer
  • 3 oz raspberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello, juice from raspberry and cold water to make 3/4 cup. Chill till slightly thick, fold in fruit and chill till almost firm.

2nd layer
Dissolve jello in boiling water, add salad dressing. Fold in whipped cream.
Pour over molded layer
