Pumpkin Roll

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin Roll
  • 3 eggs 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together above ingredients. Pour onto greased wax paper which is covering a cookie sheet, then sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Turn onto clean dish towel that is covered with sugar. Let cool slightly and remove wax paper. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled cake to edges. Roll into jelly roll shape lengthwise. Refrigerate for 1-2- hours.
FILLING:
2 T butter ½ cup sugar(to sprinkle on dish towel)
8 oz. cream cheese ¾ tsp. vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup nuts
