Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick marg, melted
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 6-7 Anjou (or whatever) pears, very ripe, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 2 T sugar
- 4 handfuls of grape nuts
- 1 T vanilla sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix batter. Then add sliced pears. Spray pan.
Mix topping and crumble on top.
Bake at 350° for 45 min.
