CHRIS’ STRAWBERRY JELLO MOLD

I love jello molds. Chris has always made outstanding and different ones. She made this for one of the family parties and I had to get the recipe.

Ingredients

• 2 Pkgs. Strawberry jello
• 2 Cups boiling water
• 1 Small Pkg. frozen strawberries
• 1 Small can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple (with juice)
• 1 Small carton sour cream (8 oz)

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water, add frozen strawberries and pineapple. Mix well. Pour ½ of mixture into mold. Chill until set. Spoon sour cream on top and add rest of jello on top of cream. Chill until firm.
