Ingredients
- 2 – 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 small onions, minced
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook and drain spinach (press spinach between layers of paper towel to drain). Combine all ingredients. Using a teaspoon, roll into balls. Bake on greased cookie sheet. May be frozen and reheated.
