Ingredients

  • 2 – 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 small onions, minced
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme to taste

Step 1

Cook and drain spinach (press spinach between layers of paper towel to drain). Combine all ingredients. Using a teaspoon, roll into balls. Bake on greased cookie sheet. May be frozen and reheated.
