SPINACH DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Hawaiian bread
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw spinach. Drain and squeeze out liquid between sheets of paper towel. Chop water chestnuts. Mix all ingredients together. Chill 24 hours. Scoop out the center of a round loaf of Hawaiian bread. Spoon chilled spinach dip into hollowed out bread. Tear the scooped out center of the bread into small pieces and arrange on a plate around the perimeter of the appetizer for dipping.
