Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew beef
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- Add desired amounts of the following:celery,bell peppers,garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
Preparation
Step 1
Cut beef stew into small pieces and brown in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add onions to beef and brown, then add remaining ingredients and cook until done on low heat.
Serve over rice.
