PUMPKIN BARS

350* 25-30 minutes (jelly roll pan)

Ingredients

  • FROSTING:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin. Mix together dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Bake in ungreased jelly roll pan. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
