LEMON BARS

350* 9x13 pan

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks softened butter
  • Press into 9x13 pan and bake 20 minutes or until very light brown.
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 8 T. lemon juice
  • 4 T. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 2 cups sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and pour over baked crust. Bake 20-25 minutes.
Cool. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
