Ingredients
- 8 oz. torn fresh spinach
- 1 – 11 oz. can mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3 T. salad oil
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. poppy seed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Add oranges and mushrooms to spinach. Toss, cover and chill. Mix oil, lemon juice, poppy seed and salt. Cover and shake well. Chill. Shake again and pour over spinach.
