Blue Cheese Sauce

This would be great with chicken breast over pasta. Just double the recipe. You might want to add half a pkg of cream cheese to help thicken the mixture for noodles.

A versatile sauce that can be served with chicken, beef, pork, vegetables and even pasta.

Ingredients

  • 150 ml (5 fl oz) double [heavy] cream
  • 30 g (1 oz) blue cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the cream gently in a pan.
Crumble the blue cheese into the cream and let it melt slowly while stirring.
When the sauce is smooth, serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with steak, pork, vegetables, chicken or pasta.
