VERY BERRY CHEESECAKE SALAD

Ingredients

• I used:
• 1(8 ounce)1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
• 1/2cup1/2 cup sugar
• 8oz8 oz cool whip, thawed*
• 6cups6 cups berries,
• 3cups3 cups strawberries, sliced
• 1cup1 cup blackberries
• 1cup1 cup blueberries
• 1cup1 cup raspberries

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in the thawed cool whip.

Add strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Fold carefully into the cream cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
