Ingredients
- 1 package pork tenderloin (2 tenderloins)
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1 Tbl. dried minced onion
- 2 cloves, garlic, minced
- 1 Tbl. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
- 1/4 C water
Preparation
Step 1
Place pork tenderloins in a large Zip Lock bag. Add soy sauce, minced onion, garlic, vinegar, Creole seasonings and water. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. Heat grill to very hot. Grill tenderloin for about 13 minutes turning 3 or 4 times during the grilling period. Serve with sauce of your choice.
