Ingredients
- 4 cups walnuts
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 tsp allspice (ground)
- 1/2 tsp cardamon (ground)
- 2 tsp cane sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1) Soak nuts for 6+ hours, rinse thoroughly & drain
2) in a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and integrate the spices & sugar
3) fold-in the drained walnuts
4) spead on a dehydrator sheet & dehydrate overnight
