Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

• Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
• 3 dozen large mushrooms
• 6 1/2 oz. crab meat – chopped
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 T parsley
• 1 T chopped pimento
• Spanish chopped olives
• 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Wash & stem mushrooms. Mix ingredients and stuff mushrooms. Sprinkle with bread crumbs monetary jack cheese.
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes on oiled cookies sheet.
