Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches, cliced
- 2 tsp sugar
- 4 shots port wine
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
Preparation
Step 1
Place peaches in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and add port. Toss to coat and let stand, 15 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes and top each with a small scoop of ice cream.
