Ingredients
- 3 C Chicken or Vegetable Stock
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 9oz Package Fresh Linguine
- 3 C Lightly Packed Fresh Spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 C Halved Small Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 3 tsp Fresh Basil, snipped
Preparation
Step 1
Bring stock and garlic salt to a boil in a large skillet. Add linguine; cook over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir in spinach and tomatoes; cook and stir for 1 minute more. Add cheese and basil and toss well with 2 forks to mix.
