  • 3 lbs deer cut 1/8 inch thick
  • 1 Tbs. Salt
  • 1 Tbs. Morton tender quick meat cure
  • 1 tsp. Ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Onion powder
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1/3 c. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs. Liquid smoke
