Ingredients
- 5 large Apples (Macintosh)
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Wash, peel and quarter Apples. Place in a 2 quart sauce pan and add water. Cover and place on height heat until they boil. Turn heat to simmer. Cook 20 minutes or until tender. Add sugar and cinnamon, mix and cool. Serve warm or cold.
