Tuna and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 - 14 oz. tuna, packed in water, drained
  • 2 C chopped tomato
  • 1 C diced cucumber
  • 3/4 C sliced red onion
  • 3/4 lbs. fresh green beans, blanched and cut in 1 1/2 in pieces
  • 1/2 C diced celery
  • 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 3/4 C Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
  • Shredded lettuce

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare all ingredients and too together before arranging on a bed of shredded lettuce. Chill before serving.
