Ingredients
- 2 cups French's French Fried Onions
- 2 Tb. flour
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Crush French fried onions with flour in plastic bag.
Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees until cooked through.
Zesty tip: substitute 1/4 cup mustard instead of beaten egg.
