Tilipia or flounder sauteed

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. tilapia or flounder
  • 2 Tbl. lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbl. peanut oil
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 Tbl. butter
  • 1/3 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

dry fish, season with salt & pepper
beat egg,
dredge fish in flour- shake off excess, then in egg
oil in large sauté pan, cook 1 1/2 minute per side
when fish done, add butter and lemon juice, cook until blended, pour over fish
