Ice Box Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb vanilla wafers (crushed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (strain juice)
  • 1 cup cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

In a 6x10 flat dish, line with the crushed wafers. Beat the eggs, butter and sugar together. Put on top of the wafers. Then add the pineapple. Put the cool whip on top and sprinkle with nuts if you like. Refrigerate over night.
