Ingredients
- 4 pound pork roast
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2/3 cup parmesan, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients well, pour over roast that is in a crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 hours
Remove to platter and shred meat.
Strain liquid, add 2 tbsp corn starch, 1/2 cup chicken stock and simmer,while whisking, until thickened.
Pour over meat and serve.
