Reuben Casserole (gluten free, low carb)

Ingredients

  • 2lb cooked and diced corned beef
  • 2lb sauerkraut (drained)
  • 24 slices of swiss cheese
  • Paleo Thousand Island dressing
  • caraway seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
layer first corned beef then sauerkraut into a glass baking dish
pour 1 cup of dressing on sauerkraut then top with slices of cheese.
Sprinkle 1 tsp seeds on top of cheese
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and until top is browned
