Ingredients
- 9 " regular frozen pie crust
- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1 TB molasses
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup light cream
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Blend pumpkin and all ingredients into a puree.
3. Taste for seasoning.
4. Pour into shell and bake about 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
