Rice, Brown/Fried - Instant Pot

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 2 1/2 cups of liquid (chicken broth for more flavor)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Open lid and add 1 bag of frozen mixed veggies -thawed, 1 can diced tomatoes with garlic and basil (drained),1 tsp onion powder, a little pepper, and soy sauce to taste (I didn't measure that... I just kept adding until I liked it!). The rice was just a TINY bit soft, but not stuck to the bottom of the pot at all. The liquid from the veggies and the soy sauce made it perfect!
