Honey Butter

Ingredients

• 1 c butter, softened
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 1/4 c honey

Preparation

Step 1

In a deep bowl, beat with an electric mixer for 10 minutes. Store in refrigerator. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
