Jeanette's Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 T white vinegar
  • 2 racks baby back pork ribs
  • 1 bottle original bbq sauce
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 1/4 c brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Rinse ribs and place in a backing dish, pour vinegar in pan and cover tightly w aluminum foil. Back for 90 minutes in 400 degree oven.

2. Mix remaining ingredients.

3. Coat ribs and cook on med fire grill, meat side down, for 10 minutes; sauce back side then flip for another 10 minutes. (I used the oven in a pinch and broiled each side for ten minutes - works too!)
