Ingredients
- 15 ounces low fat ricotta cheese
- 3 Al Fresco brand roasted garlic and chicken sausage (precooked)
- 2 Tablespoons fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
Remove casing from the sausages. Cut into small pieces. Pulse in a food processor to finish chopping and to combine with the ricotta cheese and basil.
Use as filling (about 1/2 tablesppon per ravioli) with pasta dough recipe.
