No Fat Spice Frosting

More like a stiff ornamental frosting, rather than very soft

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/14 c sugar
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 14 c cold water
- dash salt
- 1/4 t cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in top of double broiler, but not over boiling water yet. With an electric mixer, beat together until well blended. Then place over the boiling water, but don't let the bottom of the pot touch the water.
Continue to beat the ingredients constantly, for 7 full min. Stiff peaks will form.
Remove from over the water and beat until spreading consistency.
