Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 tsp worchester sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp tarragon
- 2 TBS scallions-chopped
- 2 TBS chopped parsley
- One cup crabmeat
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
- 2 large artichokes
Preparation
Step 1
-Steam artichokes in a little slightly salted water for 40-45 minutes
-Mix mayo, worchester, lemon juice. Add other ingredients and mix well.
-Stuff artichokes and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees
