• Prime Rib
• Linberg Snider Porter House and Roast Seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Allow prime rib to sit at room temperature for one hour prior to cooking

Preheat oven to 500

Season generously with seasoning.

Cover roast with foil and cook for 15 minutes

Reduce temperature to 325 and continue cooking between one hour to hour and 45 minutes

Uncover roast last 20 minutes to brown outside.

120-125 for medium rare

Let roast stand for 15 minutes before cutting
