Roasted Shallot Green Beans (Penzeys Spices)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 2 Tbsp Penzeys Air-Dried Shallots rehydrated in 1/4 C water for 20 minutes
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp Ruth Ann's Muskego Ave

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. While the oven heats, clean the beans and trim off the ends. Combine the shallots and water to rehydrate.

Toss together the beans, olive oil, Muskego Ave and shallots. Please on a rimmed baking dish and roast for 12-20 minutes, depending on the size of the beans. Stir once during roasting.
