Ingredients
- 3 C sliced leeks
- 3 C cubed potatoes
- 1 sliced garlic clove
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- pinch of thyme
- pinch of nutmeg
- 5 C chicken broth
- 3 C broccoli
Preparation
Step 1
Saute leeks and potatoes in butter. Add garlic and seasonings; cook 5 minutes. Add broth; boil till potatoes are tender. Add broccoli and cook till tender.
