Almonmd Pear Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 c sugar
  • 3/4 c corn oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c flour
  • 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t nutmeg
  • 2 c fresh grated peeled pears
  • 1 c chopped almonds
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 1/2 t almond flavoring

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Cream sugar, oil; beat in the eggs. Sift flour, powder, soda, salt and spices. Add grated pears and beat on med speed until well mixed. M ix in flavorings and almonds until well blended. bake in 2 greased, floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans for 1 hour and 10 min
