Lemon Butter Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 lb red potatoes
  • 1 diced medium onion
  • 3 lemon slices
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Boiling Water
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 1 Tsb fresh Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Wash unpeeled potatoes. Put in 3-qt saucepan with onion, lemon & salt. Cover with boiling water, cook until tender. Drain. When ready to serve, remove lemon slices and pur hot lemon butter sauce over potatoes. Make sauce by combining butter & lemon juice.
