Ingredients
- For the Salad:
- Mixed greens
- Strawberries, sliced
- Toasted almonds, slivered
- feta cheese
- croutons
- For the Dressing:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 4 1/2 teaspoons grated onion
- 3 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
For the dressing:
In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Slowly add oil, while whisking briskly. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Put the remaining ingredients into a large salad bowl and toss. Drizzle the dressing over the salad when ready to serve.
