Ingredients
- 4-6 ears of corn, if fresh in husks, or as many as desired
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Rinse ears. Place corn cobs in middle rack in oven.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove corn cobs. Pull back husks and enjoy!
To bake frozen corn in the oven, preheat the oven to 425°F. Rub the ears with a little butter, wrap them in aluminum foil, place them on a rack in the oven and cook for 25 to 35 minutes. Place a jelly-roll pan on a lower rack under the corn to catch any drips.
