Ingredients
- 2/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp Thai sweet chili Sauce (Byerlys)
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3 english cucumbers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- pinch of red pepper seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Mix vinegar, sugar, chili sauce and water.
Cut cucumbers and bell peppers into matchstick size pieces.
Mix with dressing.
Refrigerate 6 hours
Drain and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving
For spicier salad and a pinch of red pepper seeds.
