  • 1 PACKAGE OF MINIATURE MARSHMALLOWS (COLOR ONES IF POSSIBLE)
  • FLAKED COCONUT
  • 1 STICK OF BUTTER
  • 1 C CHOPPED WALNUTS

MIX MARSHMALLOWS & NUTS
PREPARE 3 SHEETS OF WAX PAPER AND PUT COCONUT DOWN LIKE A LOG
MELT CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND BUTTER IN A MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL (ABOUT 1 MINUTE, 2 MAX)
POUR CHOCOLATE OVER MARSHMALLOWS
SEPARATE INTO 3 LOGS ON PREPARED WAX PAPER
SPRINKLE COCONUT OVER THE TOP AND SIDES, ROLL AND WRAP TIGHT WITH WAX PAPER TO FORM A LOG
REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT AND SLICE WHEN READY
