Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 cups trimmed green beans
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) dry vermouth or chicken broth
- 1/4 fresh dill, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
In large non stick skillet, heat oil, add garlic, cook stirring frequently, 1 minute. Add green beans and sesame seeds stir until coated with oil. Pour in broth, vermouth and dill, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low cover and simmer 6-8 minutes until beans are tender.
