Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 (14oz) can creamed corn
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F.
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add onion and cook 3-4 minutes,
Add ground beef, salt, and pepper and cook until brown.
Put in a baking dish.
Pour the creamed corn on top.
Spread the mashed potatoes on top and add some butter on top of the potatoes.
Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.
